Refund Policy


At our LMS, we strive to offer quality learning experiences. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The course has not been accessed or completed beyond 10% of its content.

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved by our support team.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Course access after 7 days of purchase

  • Completion of a course or certificate download

  • Dissatisfaction with content if it has been substantially accessed

  • Subscription plans after the renewal date

  • Promotional/discounted course purchases (unless otherwise stated)


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [mamta.aggarwal@napertek.com] with:

  • Your full name and registered email

  • Course name

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or payment receipt)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Right to Deny Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for users who misuse the platform, violate our Terms of Service, or request multiple refunds without valid reasons.
